included callback to mpbvp_update after state_predict (ecb_predict)

- we now save information about two points for terminal points
if possible; therefore, we:
* changed argument list of all save-, print- and badat- functions
to include one or two charts
* removed field 'sol' completely from opts structure (this is
now much cleaner)
* save_data now returns a chart with updated solution label (.lab)
and point type (.pt_type), this chart is then passed to print-
functions
- user-defined save functions now return variable 'data' instead of
field names
- updated all examples to use 'data' instead of 'sol' where necessary

- added branch number to bd => it is now possible to extract
forward and backward branch from bd
- added column with all continuation parameters as specified
by the user
- included overspecified parameters into output
- changed demo coneA to define function H as internal =>
demonstrates the effect of internal parameters
- alcont now adds only the true problem parameters to bd =>
extracting parameters for plotting is now stable (X and PARS
are now as expected)
- updated all examples to column changes in bd returned by coco
