Added 2d atlas code to examples/test/covering. This includes tests for all but internal events (should work fine). Note that when dealing with finite domains, code may get stuck if thk is too small relative to h.

Include with 2d demo starting from corner. Works fine.

Final 2d atlas algorithms including one with domain handling but not sure about starting from corners or domains defined by multiple constraints.
