started building toolbox for (Hamiltonian) RPOs (at WIAS)

fixed a bug with normalization of tangent vectors

- tangent is now convex combination of least-squares line and
tangent at approximation polynomial
- we now save all points and all fields from cseg in bd
- correction for (initial) step size when (initial) tangent
is very different from new tangent

added corrMX to newton

variations on multishoot with combined evaluation. May need further cleaning up.

Update var_coll toolbox and examples.

Minor modifications.

Created folders with two examples for the po toolbox. The second example illustrates the branch-switching parser po_Hopf2sol.m which creates branch of limit cycles from Hopf bifurcation.

Separated the finite difference algorithms from the coll_create function. Moved older versions of the toolbox corresponding to earlier chapters to subfolders. Top version now includes tangent vector functionality.
