Continuation Core and Toolboxes (COCO) Code

Created folders with two examples for the po toolbox. The second example illustrates the branch-switching parser po_Hopf2sol.m which creates branch of limit cycles from Hopf bifurcation.

Separated the finite difference algorithms from the coll_create function. Moved older versions of the toolbox corresponding to earlier chapters to subfolders. Top version now includes tangent vector functionality.

Further modifications to demo file to include forward simulation for lecture

Deleted older version of shooting toolbox.

Draft version of multiple shooting toolbox for periodic orbits of hybrid dynamical systems.

Modified coll_system to handle T=0 segments.
