Continuation Core and Toolboxes (COCO) Code

added intermediate size test file for bandwidth reduction

- cleaned up and moved mpbvp to collocation
- default bvp solver is now subtoolbox of collocation;
collocation now has proper constructors
- renamed option "coll.multipliers" to "coll.vareqn"
- updated all toolboxes depending on collocation [pocont, hscont, imfcont]
- updated all examples using bvp or collocation
- added new script "svn_move_toolbox" for moving toolboxes and
renaming all toolbox files
- added *.mexglx-files fo ignore list
- new ToDo file

tested different strategies for bandwidth reduction

added test matrices for demo bandwith reduction

added example for timing of bandwidth reduction

added *.mat files to ignore list

updated ignore lists

cleaned up tests directory and improved scale-free qubic inter- and extrapolation
