coalescent Code

First import of biology notes. Various concepts in biology as I understood in my own words are logged here for continuous editing. The topics are chosen as encountered during my research in population genetics at NCBI.

A folder is created, to put other files (esp., image files) necessary to build the .tex file into a .pdf file. Other .tex notes will be similarly arranged into their own folders.

A working copy of the coalescent_theory.tex cannot be created without a directory. This was not known before and hence the file was put alone mistakenly.

various text based notes (e.g., latex notes) which are frequently edited to be put into this directory.

Tex file coalescent_theory.tex added with the aim of documenting theoretical progress; it didn`t work in the end.

Netbeans SE project "coalescent" created. Note that "nbproject" sub folder was not checked in, didn`t know about that until later.

The recursion for infinite alleles is implemented, it is tested successfully by the table from Hein`s book.

Initial import of the project. This commit only creates the folder on the repository.
