Tracks in which I have used Coolplayer 2.15 to modify
the year field are read incorrectly in both Windows
Media Player 10 ("Year Released" folder view) and
Quintessential Player ("Year"). I also tried the IDFree
tag editor (based on ID3lib on Sourceforge which is
supposed to be fully ID3v1 and v2 compliant), so I
suspect the problem must be in Coolplayer.

These three other programs show the year with the last
digit chopped off, so 1988 becomes 198.

Editing the tag in IDFree (changing something besides
date), re-writes the tag in the bad format it read in, so
when now re-read in coolplayer, it now shows as 198_,
where the underscore is a space.

198_ sorts between 1989 and 1990, rather than before
year 1900, but I don't know whether that is really a bug
in the sorting algorithm or actually a feature.

I have the default options enabled (Coolplayer 2.15):
Read ID3 Tag (if any) -- Yes
Read ID3 Tag of selected -- Yes
Support ID3v2 -- Yes
Prefer native OGG tags -- Yes
Load ID3 tags in background -- Yes
