convertStack added feature:
select Subregion=ROI to be converted. "-R x,wx,y,wy,z,wz" argument
linear value mapping of input values. Manual select interval of linearly mapped values "-L min -U max". Other values are over-/underexposed and mapped to output max/min

use SegmentationTraits<InputImageT>::Out() as a constant padding value for Input Images. If patch curvature is computed, Image must be padded so much that no boundary pixel is closer to the new boundary than the selected Neighborhood radius + 1.

Added a ConstantPadImageFilter between reader and roiFilter within ROIpastingFilterChain. So any ROI can be selected and is filled with the padding value where the ROI exceeds the LargestPossibleRegion of Input.
