added some color to identify x/y/z slices. Slices are stacked in a Tab Widget -> "current Slice" on top.
A text widget can be opened from "Slice View" window. It shows the transformation from 3D coordinates to the current Slices 2D coordinates.

refactored Segment_gui MainWindow.
The Isosurface is also visible in 2D slice views, and coherent with 3D Isosurface.
Added some color to distinguish MetaFilter Results.

Replace itk::ImageFileReader with ValueConvertingFileReader. The values, which are read from File, are linearly mapped to the range of FileReaders OutputPixelType.
