Windows x64 Binaries
====================
- run the installer of MS visual studio 2015 redistributable packages
  vcredist_x64.exe. You can also download that file from Microsoft.
  You will need Admin rights to install it.
- copy all Composight files to a folder which is inside your PATH. Start the GUI tools by double-click.
- TEST: open cmd.exe from the start menu. -> run cpsCombine -h
