Patch from XhmikosR:
* Added /MP in all projects, except for OpenSSL which I'm still trying to understand how the makefile is generated. You probably know about it, so adding /MP will speed up a lot the compilation.
* I prefer using /O2 instead of /Ox as per Microsoft's note in msdn.
* I removed some default switches.
