SD card support for high speed (50MHz) on STM32 or other.
I have done an ugly patch for that (just setting the BYPASS on SD clock to obtains 48MHz on STM32F4 SDIOCLK see https://github.com/bvernoux/ChibiOS-RT/commit/af12aebdb51ba5d1836398c94fa7ead5dc952f52) but it needs more work in order to manage correctly this feature (as some SD card does not work anymore), using detection and set the high-speed mode using CMD8.
Also the code shall support new sd card init for UHS-I card (and high speed).
