Cbench - Scalable Cluster Benchmarking Code

Update Gazebo integration to catch some error cases
better provide potentially useful information.

When generation jobs for the Gazebo integration,
generate all the single node jobs for all the ppn
variations, i.e. foo-16ppn-1, foo-16ppn-2,...
Before, the only single node job we generated was
of the form foo-16ppn-16.

Exclude a new LAMMPS package that Cbench doesn't need and which breaks our build process.

make this util a little more usable

actually parse the bonnie++ output (at least v1.03)

the beginnings of a new test set 'iometadata' aimed
at...well... testing metadata performance/stability
of a filesystem.

currently only the MPI test 'mdtest' and 'bonnie++'
are minorly supported

if one wants to install this beta testset you'll need
to do:
cd $CBENCHOME
sbin/install_cbenchtest --testtop --testset iometadata

tweak to deal with the case where there are multiple
N values run inside a Linpack job and some of them PASS
w/o residual failure but the job aborts before cleanly
shutting down. if the job DOES NOT have residual failures
it will treat the job as PASSing but output helpful information
via --diag that it wasn't a completely normal run.

may need to be further tweaked....
