Cbench - Scalable Cluster Benchmarking Code

make this util a little more usable

actually parse the bonnie++ output (at least v1.03)

the beginnings of a new test set 'iometadata' aimed
at...well... testing metadata performance/stability
of a filesystem.

currently only the MPI test 'mdtest' and 'bonnie++'
are minorly supported

if one wants to install this beta testset you'll need
to do:
cd $CBENCHOME
sbin/install_cbenchtest --testtop --testset iometadata

tweak to deal with the case where there are multiple
N values run inside a Linpack job and some of them PASS
w/o residual failure but the job aborts before cleanly
shutting down. if the job DOES NOT have residual failures
it will treat the job as PASSing but output helpful information
via --diag that it wasn't a completely normal run.

may need to be further tweaked....

install 'fileop' binary as well

add linpackintel testset -cdm

add template to install/use hpl from intel in cbench tests -cdm

fix compile and install directives ... installs as xhplintel -cdm

Add HPL intel structure to test ... working out compilation issues now
-cdm

might as well make nehalem flags the default for intel compilers
