add linpackintel testset -cdm

add template to install/use hpl from intel in cbench tests -cdm

fix compile and install directives ... installs as xhplintel -cdm

Add HPL intel structure to test ... working out compilation issues now

might as well make nehalem flags the default for intel compilers

another openmpi error format to catch

add undocumented --pokejobstatus option. not really a general use
option at this point. i just needed it for swl post-processing.

updated this Tbird era patch since it is useful
in the sense that it reminds me that HPL was
compiled to use MPI Datatypes on tbird to use
OpenMpi's superiour Datatype engine.

cd opensource/HPLinpack
patch -p2 < stuntmode-debug-tweaks.patch
make

This will create xhpl binary using MPI Datatypes.
