increase the big phdmesh binary number of steps by
a factor of 50 to run longer

update to environment dumping stuff

--nodebatch and --nodelist must be used together so
error out if they are not

Add framework for parallel Makes.

$MAKE_JOBS is set to 1 by default and to $JOBS if it is defined.

Add some parallel Make awesomeness.

The Cbench environment variable $MAKE_JOBS is set in make.def.

To use, set the environment variable $JOBS to whatever you want and $MAKE_JOBS
will be set to that value in make.def; if no $JOBS variable is specified, 1 is
the default value for $MAKE_JOBS.

Ignore failed makes so that all possible openapps are compiled (instead of stopping when phdmesh fails, for example).

Throttle the output of '+' during tests and cause the summary to be on its own line (for readability).

check for the error case where a job output file,
i.e. *.o*, is empty or truncated or just garbled. in
this case the Cbench embedded info is not there and
this can cause odd spurious errors which don't need
to be seen

Fix a bug with executing 'make clean'.

Removing log files that were included in the LAMMPS distribution since it's highly unlikely that we'll ever use them.
