fixed the bug of "report count not displaying when searching with identifier"

identified report unable to view. solved by switching the order of loading obj and loading idobj

indexing no longer depend on the document types in caTIES.properties

Enabled TIES to code and index document of different types
The coding is still based on the TIES_Pathology.term
Besides the jar update, we also need to update the catTies.property file by appending new document types like below
caties.document.type = PATHOLOGY,HEMATOPATHOLOGY,ADDENDUM 2 REPORT,Surgical

new feature: allow addendum reports displayed as subtree in the query results tree

fixed the bug "unable to save query" reported by upenn

removed hub update from install

removed check for HUB db from install

fixed the installer option "install pipelines only"
