added code to update the caties.jar in the tomcatHub/webapp/ties, for vm update mainly

hide buttons to move, copy reports and copy caseset

updated to eclipse .classpath since removal of jar file

disabled embedded database option, forces user to install mysql

clean-up of jar files and code for auth test

fixed bug to process data in PENDING status in the HL7_document table.
Also added back to process data in SYNTHESIZING status.

minor change to return an empty list array, instead of null, for zero returned results

minor mods to install code to update caties.jar

improved unsaved changes notification by adding 3 options: YES(save and proceed), NO(proceed) and Cancel(stay)
