code cleanup, updated help docs.

Bug/suggestion reporting screen now looks nicer. Started threading on EventDatabase, does not work properly yet. Removed a few unused methods, made loading more efficient.

updated 'about' box.

week view should now be working. removed old code which was causing errors.

weekview mostly working for events on weeks where the week changes from one month to another. Text does not always update properly; does not work from one year to the other.

adding command pattern should be finished. removed a lot of old code, added comments.

Most of observable pattern code has been implemented. Moved test files to the testing folder. There are still some bugs to be worked out, mostly with the MiniMonth. Am commiting now to ensure that changes are not lost. Also cleaned up some code, removing old code and trying to comment already working code.

removed import; suppressed 'serial' warning
