#68 True Users and Groups
Add Unix style users and groups that will allow for
basic role management and permissions/privileges.
This would be ideal to have usernames that map to id
number and the same for groups where there is a
groupname and groupid.
Also, should use similar numbering to standard unix
user names and groups.
This approach will also allow for the possibility to
hook in ldap support in the future to plug-into common
authentication mechanisms, etc.

create per-virtual root superusers...
