#15 reference ref_idx and read_idx
For the output command line parameter "--concise" are used ref_idx and read_idx which starts from zero (?).
It would be great to be able to set them up to start from 1 or 0 by an extra command line argument, for example for something like "--offbase" in case of "ref_off".
