BioXTAS RAW News

I'm pleased to announce the release of RAW version 2.2.2.

This version is mostly minor bug fixes. Of note is that it includes the citation for the new RAW paper: BioXTAS RAW 2: new developments for a free open-source program for small-angle scattering data reduction and analysis. J. B. Hopkins. All changes:

• Fixed several bugs related to using LC analysis, EFA, and REGALS with newer versions of scipy.
• Fixed an issue where zero value errors would break the linear baseline correction
• Fixed a bug where if the ATSAS path was not found, trying to open the supcomb/cifsup window would result in an error rather than a warning message that ATSAS couldn't be found.
• Fixed a bug in automated series loading for MacCHESS header format.
• Fixed a bug loading eiger images for the MacCHESS header format.
• Removed an extraneous dependence in the requirements files on future.
• Added the new RAW paper to the splash screen and about page.
• Fixed a bug where setting the q value in the GNOM window range box would cause an error.
• Fixed a bug where reports saved when RAW is in dark mode would have dark mode style graphs.
• Autocorrelation vectors are now saved with the rest of the EFA and REGALS results.
• Fixed a bug with showing one of the EFA and REGALS plots with matplotlib >=3.8.
• Fixed a bug where the MW and plot options windows wouldn't open with matplotlib >=3.8.
• Fixed an issue where if two or more items in the dimensionless Kratky window had the same name rebinning would only work on the first item.
• Fixed an issue where superimpose could fail if the items were identical to within a scale/offset (most noticeable in the comparison window).
• Updated DENSS to the newest version. WARNING: Includes a non-backwards compatible change to the DENSS function in the API.
• Improved display of DENSS results plots in dark mode.
• Fixed various issues with making the frozen builds using the newest version of pyinstaller.
