Aztec 2.0.0f is unable to start on WinNT4. It complains about the procedure "SHGetSpecialFolderPathA" not being present in Shell32.dll. I'm using winnt 4 sp5 (since sp6 isn't available in swedish with high encryption :()

Wow, haven't seen NT4 in a while.
Nice find. I'll try and fix it, but I'm going to have to make a few assumptions I wont be able to test out.
1. %SystemRoot% is an NT4 environment variable (from memory it is) 2. %USERPROFILE% is also a valid environment variable. Again I'm fairly sure it is.
