Some function and constant names were changed to conform to new ffmpeg version.

In common.h av_pixel_formats was changed to a map, supported format search function was added. Added LEN macro. jpegconverter.cpp, img_tools.cpp and avifile changed accordingly.

In Vidstream: bugfixes; code improvements and simplification; changes allowing to use UVC devices.
