-Added translation system. English and french translations available. To add a new translation, simply add a new file in /lang folder
-Added a message when successfully saving or deleting a sensor, sensor type or schedule
-Fixed a bug when creating a new object through the managers and directly editing it made a new object. Now, if you made a mistake during the creation, you can edit it right away without reloading the object
