(f.e. 2.2+ means that this call was introduced in Linux 2.2, and is missing in Linux 2.0).
Square brackets hold real kernel name of system call from <tt>arch/i386/kernel/entry.S</tt> (as appeared in <i>Syntax</i>),
if it differs from "official" in <tt>include/asm-i386/unistd.h</tt>.
