There is no installation procedure. Unpack the zip file and run the executable. It doesn't touch the registry or place files outside of its folder. It was certainly designed for a standalone computer but I don't think that makes any difference. I don't know enough about citrix to say anything specific and don't have time to research this now, but whichever release (win/linux/osx) suits the OS should work. I suspect that your IT people asked for an installation procedure without having a look at the software and trying to run it.

Maybe the soft can only be installed on a stand-alone computer and not under a shared environment?
