Hi,

I have requested our IT department to install the LF Aligner under a Citrix environment.

Now they ask me to provide them with an installation procedure. Is it available somewhere?

Maybe the soft can only be installed on a stand-alone computer and not under a shared environment?

There is no installation procedure. Unpack the zip file and run the executable. It doesn't touch the registry or place files outside of its folder. It was certainly designed for a standalone computer but I don't think that makes any difference. I don't know enough about citrix to say anything specific and don't have time to research this now, but whichever release (win/linux/osx) suits the OS should work. I suspect that your IT people asked for an installation procedure without having a look at the software and trying to run it.
