It's not completely ready yet... I guess I will have a stable version 1.0 by the summer. It won't work on a virtual PHP hosting, you will need to have a private server solution like Amazon Web Services. My development instance is running on an Amazon server at: http://chess.alcibiade.org/
Once it is ready I will put a download in the files section of the project.
