#9 Correct prefix argument forwarding in aalib.m4
Added a patch to correct the forwarding of 'aalib_args' so that cross-compilation works correctly when aalib-config is not installed in the normal prefix. This was found whilst cross-compiling gst-plugins-good: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=780601
