Note: Build now works as expected but the configuration files for the static analysis tools where not checked yet.

1. Reorganized the build configuration, now it's truly machine independent and cleaner
2. Changed documentation format from apt to xdoc
3. Site has new stylesheet and logo
4. Removed (non-javadoc) comments from source, Eclipse don't need it anymore to display javadoc when hovering inherited methods

Note: The Eclipse configuration of this revision is BROKEN, don't check it out unless you really need it. Next revision will bring new project configuration, using newer versions of the static analysis plugins for Eclipse.

1. Corrected a typo in BackgroungController
2. Extracted constants from classes and moved them to their own package
3. Some modification to the project POM
4. Modified author and version patterns used in javadoc
5. Some code cleanup
