Added correct 'sleep' attribute name to components registration. Added check to setSleepTime method to insure the animator isn't running when calling the setResolution method as this throws an exception.

AnimationSurface is now removed from the palette within the editor. It is an abstract class which cannot be used in its own right.

Attribute names for 'Max' and 'Step' in XSpinner were conflicting with the ProgressBar component. Changed attribute name in component registration file so it matches the 'maxvalue' and 'stepvalue' attributes in the XSpinner class.
