Is this patch acceptable? It's been open a while now, could we get it merged soon?

  Sorry but I do not plan to merge this anytime soon. I am glad that this
  patch got written and I thank you for making it available here for
  motivated users who really care about vi-style scrolling shortcuts, but
  I do not see the point of vi-style keyboard shortcuts in an application
  that is primarily intended for tablets.
