#199 Default tool / pen size / color
I'd like either an option to set the default tool (which is activated at startup) together with its default parameters (color, pen size, ...) or to restore the the last used tool from the previous session
or to save these settings via "options -> save preferences".
The current feature "tools -> set as default" seems to only affect the current session.
This should include "Shape recognizer" and "ruler".
Currently I always have to change the pen size and to change to shape recognizer at each startup.
Tools -> Set as default makes the current settings become the default
for the current session
Options -> Save preferences makes these settings be remembered for
future sessions
(See also Options -> Auto-save preferences if you'd like the second step
to become unnecessary).
I believe the "recognizer" and "ruler" settings are part of these, but
just in case, they can also be modified manually in the .xournal/config
file.
