#179 Automatically switch to text mode if typing begins
When annotating a pdf, I often switch back and forth between drawing with the pen
and typing text in.
It would be nice if, while in "pen" mode, when I start typing it automagically switches into keyboard text entry mode (with the text starting whereever the cursor is when I start typing).
I would suggest that to get out, a normal selection of a pen or eraser or ... tool should do the trick.
