Would really like to be able to auto number pages.
I currently have to do this by using the text input, to type in the number for each page.
Would like to be able to select a prefix to the auto number - e.g. A, B, C, so the page numbers run A1, A2, A3 etc
Would also like to be able to alternate the page position, as used in a book format. E.g. odd numbers on the top right, even numbers on the top left of each page.
