XFLR5 includes the xfoil program for foil analysis, and several 3d analysis methods for planes :
- a non-linear lifting line method for standalone wings
- two vortex-lattice and a 3d panel method for the analysis of aerodynamic performance of wings and plane operating at low Reynolds numbers
The latest v6 version introduces stability analysis of planes.

-
Great tool for airfoil and wing analysis offering a variety of methods to solve attached flow and stall onset problems. Takes a while to get used to, but then it is still one of the quickest ways to perform a first analysis.

Helpful to get an idea of an airfoil's behaviour

Does not work on Mac because developer did not bother to sign his executable. Unsigned executables are EXTREMELY DANGEROUS and allow malware and trojanized hacks to destroy user machines. Refusing to sign your work is blatantly uncaring.
