#86 Not picking up add to browser in Chrome
I downloaded the latest XDM 2 days ago as it showed me that there was a newer version available. Then next moment, not supported in chrome store. I have now gone through this site and found the add to Chrome which I did and I find a black download arrow. It says it is not activated in chrome, but when I look at the extentions it is in chrome and is swiched on. If I go to the main xdm from the taskbar and go to oprtion and add browser monitoring, it takes me to the chrome store and the extention is there and is activated. However if I open chrome it still shows a black arrow. How do I fix this?
I uninstalled XDM2020 and went back to2018 which was working 2 days ago. Sa,e story on 2018, so I went back to the latest XDM 2020. Now the black arrow has changed to the familiar blue with the no entry over it. I have tried every trick in the book but that is what I get. Anybody with answers or suggestions.
