Bovirus - 2019-07-29

Fixed modiying the Inno Setup Italian language in WinMerge.
I proposed a PR for that.

Alsor in Russian locale installer have font's problem. I check Inno setup version use console innounp.exe:

$ innounp -x -b WinMerge-2.16.4-x64-Setup.exe ; Version detected: 6000 (Unicode)

possible "success" comple? Is cosmec, but.:)

The problem of Russian translation has been fixed by the PR https://github.com/WinMerge/winmerge-v2/pull/166
