Version 0.2.3 Changes:
Some nice changes available in this version.
Major:
* Updated WebView2 from version 109 to version 120.
* Added the ability to show or hide the Listen, Browse, or Launch menus.
* Added the ability to hide the Hide button as well as the new Pause Fullscreen button.
* Pause Fullscreen button has been renamed and abbreviated to PFT and SFT.
* The menu now takes Windows scaling factor into consideration and will center the navigations buttons properly based on that, up to 175% scaling.
* Modified the code to remove checking whether WinTV Browser is minimized or maximized from the timer and paused the timer on the form event.
* Changed background colours for each setting page.
Minor:
* The version of WinTV browser reflects the current version when minimized and you hover over the icon. It was stuck on 0.2.1.
