The new exe

Jos: Reduces the number of indicators for kernel.exe to 3/11, no improvements in the detection ratios.

Jos: The new exe files with a normal window

Jos: Adapted for the new window in the kernel

Replaced the DOS-window by a normal window
Set the value of w_console into FALSE to replace the normal window by the old DOS console.
Then FKERNEL_console.f and FKERNEL.EXE must in the same directory.
The old DOS window generated false positives.

Jos: After moving does DOES> the virus detection ratio for Win32for.exe became 9/69

Must be uppercase

Jos: This reduces the detection ratio for Win32for.exe
It was 33/68 before I started, now it is: 12/68
The defender does not see Win32for.exe as a virus anymore.
fkernel.exe is still a virus according the defender.
