What and Why

The code is slightly inconsistent with respect to the use of license headers. Some files have them, others do not. The license headers are no longer strictly required since moving away from GPL.

Acceptance criteria
  • Find a consistent policy w.r.t. the use of license headers (which files have them, which content)
  • Apply this policy to all files
  • Document the policy on the wiki

Policy is trivial: no license headers except for the demos. Looks pretty self-evident, no need to document this for now.
