The patch adds the missing UnsignedRange parameter set to the EventParameter datatype, used in the Event_Parameters property of the Event Enrollment object. The change was made with VS 2008, it seems it doesn't like unnecessary newlines in the resource files, so there are more changes in the patch file than actually necessary. The patch is against the trunk revision 887.
