Feature Request: 1059124: Add max_segments_accepted to send confirmed requests.

Improve entry of proprietary property IDs: show defined, reserved, and proprietary ranges.
Change captions in backup/restore dialog to clarify usage of timeouts.

Extend "any" keyword:
- save or load from variable ot EPICS

Make script execution termination terminate ALL steps.
Make script execution terminate without crash when script edit or app is closed.
Rename "halt" to "suspend", and "kill" to "terminate" on menus to reduce ambiguity.
Revise toolbar butoons for suspend/terminate/step

Bug 2979777: used hard-coded class C subnet mask to calculate broadcast address.
Changes:
- bind to a particular address, rather than INADDR_ANY
- calculate the appropriate broadcast address for the bound address
- add adapter select to Port dialog

In ANY-VALUE dialog, changed button from "ID..." to "Set..." to hint that it is useful for types OTHER then ObjectID. Add TODO suggestion for future cleanup of setter dialogs

Added "Inconsistent Parameters Tests" to VTS. Fixed spelling issues in Backup and Restore tests. Also fixed the 'Other' tests in backup and restore to skip 'any' password test if a password is required.

Added Options tab to device dialog for alarm summary support configuration of server.
