Allow "Standard Object Types Supported" to accept enum-style names with hyphen or underbar as well as the traditional space

LIMIT_ENABLE for Accumulator and Pulse_Convertor had wrong table reference: 3-bit event-transition instead of 2-bit limit-enable

- Add user preference for EPICS editor (default Notepad.exe)
- Save selected EPICS file even if it has errors, else the EDIT button won't work
- Include ALL EPICS-listed properties in read-object scripts (formerly only those with non-? values)
