Replace isspace, isdigit, tolower etc. with IsSpace, IsDigit etc: the standard function crash on characters < 0. Since char is signed, that means any ISO8859-1 character above 127.

Revised scripts
- remove extraneous BVLL/DER/DADR etc: use defined Name to permit script re-use without editing
- get IUT info from config.vts
- corrections to current text format for Date, Time etc.

Clean up ErrorPDU display: no longer has segmentation bits, add handler for all defined services

Allow arbirary number of detail lines (was 5000)

Moved V3.5.3 scripts under "old".
Replaced scripts with Buddy Lott's updates from SourceForge messages 1704394 and 1704507.
Futher updates are planned to generalize the updated scripts
