Fix bug that crashed on proprietary object type 128: had <= instead of < etc.
Fix problems in the bitmap used for EPICS image list
- had wrong background color for newer icons, so they didn't come out transparent
- a few of the most recent icons were only 17 instead of 18 pixels wide, leading to skew
- added an icon for proprietary object types
- added space for two more "top level" icons for future expansion
- added test code to view all the icons (disabled as checked in)
- CAUTION: epicstree.psd is now obsolete: I can't edit it. Should be either updated or removed from svn

Show both source and destination address, rather than only the remote device's address

Improve entry of proprietary property IDs: show defined, reserved, and proprietary ranges.
Change captions in backup/restore dialog to clarify usage of timeouts.
