Minor comments

Corrected the list of properties added by the real Appendix j, and their associated strings.
Fixed some of the template types used in CreateCommonProperty().
Increased the object_name allocation in generic_object from 32 to 64 chars.
Filled out a few more icons for the EPICS tree view.

Quick code fixes for BACnetListOfDeviceObjectReference processing.
(I'm using in Structured Views; were Life Safety Objects, which also use them, never qualified with VTS?)
Corrected spelling of subordinate-annotations in string tables.

Added enum and string values for new Property types, borrowing text from the bacnet-stack project.
Added some missing support for the new Positive Integer Value object type.

Change "log-enable" and "LOG_ENABLE" to "enable" and "ENABLE" per 135-2004b-5

Bug 3046835: don't throw on null buffer: size may be zero

Had wrong enumeration for event state filter

Set defaults for
- Script editor insert template file
- EPICS directory to location of sample (.docs)

Convert property value to upper case before comparing (bug introduced when enumeration strings were aligned with the BACnet standard)

Eliminated CHeckEPICSCons dialog, which has been obsolete for some time. This data is shown in the EPICS View pane
