Default object ID on new item, data appears in list after add (instead of blank space), drop-downs resized and

Added comment for bug fix: 472392:

Bug fix: 472392: Init new properties with Present_Value, now shows in list. Increased the Property
column length as well as the property drop-down list. Performed same mods to
ReadPropertyMultipleAck and WritePropertyMultiple dialog. Previously the combos
in the Ack dialog were not large enough to drop-down.
