Maybe no-one ever intended the tooltip (balloon) text
to be excessively long, but at the moment the
right-hand side of the text of a long tooltip is
cropped as the tooltip is placed such that it is not
completely on the visible screen. I had kind of assumed
that it would wrap onto two (or more) lines in this case.
