#179 No File Transfer button In Viewer
I have installd VNC server on a Win10 machine (v2.8.23). File transfer is enabled as far as I know (checkbox is checked on the Server tab, Do I need to do more?).
Then I have installed the only viewer I have found on tightVNC.com and this is the java viewer (v2.8.3). It is also running on a Win10- machine.
Connection is perfect, I can reach the VNC server machine and it handles my mouse.
Now, the viewer has NO file transfer button in the toolbar. See attached screenshot.
tightvnc.com mentions that file transfer is only allowed between Windows versions but it is not clear for me if the Java viewer counts as a Windows version and if it does not then how can I get such a version. Should I choose another Viewer from other companies? Or does tightVNC have a version of the viewer with the file transfer button?
